Everything’s Moving So Slowly
Even a well-programmed virus that is supposed to sneak onto your computer without your knowledge may cause your system to slow down. Because the software is using up so much of your memory that your computer can’t keep up with whatever it is you are doing on it. On the other hand, some viruses may cause a slow down because they are destroying files or otherwise wreaking havoc on your system. Pop ads that keep showing up at unexpected times or that won’t go away are another sign of a virus infection. Ironically, these pop up ads are often advertising antivirus programs.
